President Trump sent a clear message to the governors and mayors in charge of the communities under siege in the wake of George Floyd’s death and the protests that turned into an opportunity for vandals and anarchists to loot America. The Commander in Chief said he will deploy the military if the destruction continues.

The contrast in responses to the looting of America is sharp: The President believes that law and order must be maintained, while many governors and mayors believe in a hands-off approach, that the anarchists have a right to express themselves, even if it means violence against others, destroying property and stealing what does not belong to them.

The situation says a lot about the direction our country is headed. The reason the elected leaders don’t want to take a hard stance is pure politics. They hate the fact that someone outside of their clubhouse was elected President and will do anything to get rid of him—even if it means destroying America.

The political calculation is that the racial unrest and ensuing mayhem will make the President look bad and give them an edge in November. Why should they crack down to make “Trump’s America” look good? If people are rioting in the streets, it has to be because Trump is a lousy leader and must go. And if Trump calls in the military and one single person is killed, then “blood will be on the President’s hands.” This is what will dominate the media coverage, notwithstanding the fact that plenty of people are being hurt right now and billions of dollars in damage is being inflicted on our economy.

This is the same tactic the Liberal Left has taken with the Corona Pandemic: Keep America closed and damage the economy for as long as possible to make Trump look bad. This was the scheme of the day until the protests started. This, of course, followed Russia Gate, Collusion, Impeachment, and whatever else the establishment could cook up to get rid of the thorn in their side.

The problem for them is the burr under their saddle is what the majority of Americans want. They don’t like the establishment helping themselves to trillions of taxpayer dollars every year to enrich themselves while everyone else struggles. Do you think they missed a single paycheck from Coivd-19? Evidence of what they think of the rest of us was front and center in the bailout package that Nancy Pelosi tried to ram through Congress. It wasn’t about helping Americans like she said, but hundreds of pages of special interest pork that benefited her friends and allies at the expense of the generations to come that will have to pay the bill. How these people can look the public in the eye and continue their charade is absurd. Yet, millions of people go along with it, aided and abetted by a compliant media that is also in on the scam.

The sages say follow the money and its clear who’s going after it and where the rest of us stand. Politics has always been a lucrative pursuit for those who are in it. Mayor Giuliani said it best recently when he called out former Congressman Charlie Rangel for becoming wealthy while in office as his community of Harlem went down the drain. Unfortunately, Rangel is not an exception to the rule—not even close. Joe Biden, who has the gall to now run for president, made a fortune while he was in office and so did his family. The billions his son got from China after flying there with his father on a government plane is a national disgrace. Could this be the reason Joe thought China was so wonderful leading up to the pandemic they spread to the rest of the world? And the fact that his party and the media make excuses for him day after day is even worse. And how about Bernie Sanders? The man never had a private sector job in his life, yet he’s also worth millions. Who do you think he represents?

President Trump is stepping up to the plate and is showing immense courage by doing what the liberal governors and mayors won’t do. It’s a shame that they’re acting in their own best interests while the public be damned. Thankfully, the President is having none of it. If he has to call out the military to protect America, then that’s the way it has to be.
