Post Updated 4:41PM Sunday - The defendant was remanded to county jail by City of New Rochelle Criminal Court pending a court appearance and then released on his own recognizance by a Westchester County Court Judge. A recommendation of $50,000 bail was made by the District Attorney's Office but rejected by the judge citing health concerns and no prior warrants of the defendant, who was found with 5 loaded semi-automatic handguns, one loaded shot gun and felony weight narcotics.
